We can use the time to maintain your strength and capability while you finish the season, and craft you a comprehensive custom offseason plan to ensure you are prepared to thrive and dominate next season.
A: Yes! A comprehensive performance assessment will provide the diagnostic data we will use to ensure your proramming is promoting lasting strength, longevity, and injury prevention. We've always found that knowing where you start and understanding your current state is the best foundation to take your training to the next level. We measure against this data in the future so you can see the results of your hard work.
I'm coming off of an injury and trying to get back into training. Can I still be assessed and train with Procode?
A: Depensing on where you are post-injury, we can assess what strength and power imbalances you might be showing from your injury. While you may be cleared to play soon, that does not always mean you're ready to play are the level you were at before. With our programing using your individualized data, we cna ensure you not only return to your sport ready but also return better than you were before.
A: We use the data from the assessment to incorporate specific focus areas in your program. We will incorporate different exercises and highlight specific focus areas to ensure any deficiencies identified in the assessment are taken into consideration.
A: We deliver comprehensive individualized performance diagnostic, detailing where you currently are at this moment in time and how you measure up against the best. We incorporate normative data across 5 critical areas to assess and measure body composition, orthopedics, explosiveness & power, speed, and endurance. We then detail any critical areas of concern and look to address them in your follow on programming.
